Building Description and Layout
The building is a LEED certified structure and the foundation of this green community. In keeping with this theme, tenants have access to a program for recycling. The building is smoke-free. There are recharging stations for electric cars situated in a dedicated area within the parking garage. This controlled entry facility offers storage space for bikes and other personal items.
The well-appointed courtyard with a garden is situated in the center of this urban living community that uses recycled materials from the tenant program. For the pet owner, a dog park is included in the layout that has a community path for walking or biking. In addition, it uses the roof as a common area for tenants to enjoy the outdoors with picturesque views. For the eco-living enthusiast, Windsor at Maxwell's Green is a decadent utopia.
Building Features and Amenities
There are a myriad of amenities that cater to community interaction. For starters, there is a lifestyle center with a pool table, and a dining space called Club Suite. Both spaces indulge visitors to a delicious meal or meeting suited for invigorating conversations. A theatre room offers the latest releases, box office smashes, or indie classics to enjoy. All common areas have a maximum capacity and management can provide this information.
Fitness and health enthusiasts will be treated to a fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment. The layout has wall-to-wall mirrors and carpeting as well as space to stretch out for an impromptu exercise regimen. A yoga studio with polished hardwood floors, yoga mats and floor length mirrors offers tenants a unique space for their favorite poses. The center is available 24 hours allowing flexibility for any schedule.
For tenant convenience, a host of additional amenities are available. Emergency maintenance is provided on a 24 hour basis. There is a drop off for dry cleaning. Payments can be made online. A renter's insurance program is offered through Assurant Specialty Property. In addition, management requires proof of $100,000 of personal liability for each tenant. The office has a seven day work week, and on most days the schedule begins at 9:00am and ends at 6:00pm.
Floor Plans and Features
There are floor plans with studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Each unit comes with stainless steel appliances including stove, dishwasher refrigerator, full-size washer and dryer. The appliances are energy star. The balconies are private. Track lighting and breakfast bars are also included. There is ample closet space including walk-ins.
The square footage for each unit is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the studio has no bedrooms and only one bathroom with up to 655 sq. ft.
The one bed room has two floor plans. The first floor plan has one bathroom and almost 800 sq. ft. The next option has the same bedroom/bathroom combo in addition to a den area. This unit has 875 sq. ft.
The two bed room also offers two floor plans. Both have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second unit comes with a den area. The units have nearly 1,200 sq. ft. each. However, the regular two bedrooms come in with almost 30 sq. ft. of more space.
The three bed room unit offers a regular and townhouse style floor plan. Both have two bathrooms. The regular three bedrooms have approximately 1,200 sq. ft. The townhouse unit has over 1,400 sq. ft. split between the upstairs and downstairs.
There are more features for pet owner beyond the dog park. Management has established partnerships with local businesses for dog walking and sitting services. The bevy of selections will offer an option sure to meet the needs of the tenant and their family pet.
The pet policy requires a limit of two pets. Dogs and cats are both welcomed. The fees are $40 for cats and dogs less than 40 pounds is $50. However, dogs larger than 40 pounds will incur a fee of $100. In addition, there are some breed restrictions. A complete list is available from the office or on the website.
