Building Description and Layout
625 McGrath is a newly constructed apartment complex. There are two buildings within the compound that are labeled A and B with a total of 34 units. Each building is a townhouse styled structure, although the individual apartments are one level. In addition, each floor comes with a selection of apartment sizes. For example, the first through third floors of each building have one and two bedrooms. The exception to this is the studio and three bedroom apartments are only located in Building B. Additionally, the end units are reserved for the studios and three bedrooms.
The exterior of both buildings have muted tones with either one, two or three windows depending on the unit it is associated with. There is outside lighting that is minimized by its housing. The outside off-street parking is surrounded by manicured landscape and black rod fencing.
Building Features and Amenities
There is assigned off-street parking in the complex lot with the unit numbers clearly marked. Additional parking is available along the front of each building. The building offers additional storage for the tenant's personal belongings. In addition, bike storage is also provided. The property is managed by the Boston Residential Group. Floor Plans and Features
The floor plans for studios, one, two, and three bedroom apartments vary in size and layout. The kitchen in each unit offers tenants stainless steel Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The counters and breakfast bar are granite. Every unit comes with a full-sized washer and dryer set. The flooring has two surfaces including Berber carpeting or hardwood. The bathrooms are tiled with chrome fixtures.
The studio has between 450 to nearly 550 square feet with an open floor plan. Potential residents have two options both located in building B. The amount of closet space and placement in the building dictates the unit size.
The one bedroom has two floor plans. There is one with a den. There is a range of square footage from 700 to 850. The layout, closets as well as the additional den determines the total square footage.
There are three floor plans for the two bedroom apartment. In two floor plans one bedroom comes with a private bathroom. The second bath is share by the second bedroom and visiting guests. In addition, the washer and dryers are located in a laundry area within the second bathroom.
The third floor plan comes with only one bathroom that is shared by all occupants and guests. For this layout, the washer and dryer unit are also situated inside a closet within the bathroom. The living and dining room share the same space for all floor plans. These units range in size from 900 to nearly 1,000 square feet.
The three bedroom unit has two bathrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom. However, the second bath is shared by the other two bedrooms as well as visiting guests. The washer and dryer are situated in the hall between the bedrooms just outside of the second bath. The living and dining room occupy the same space. This unit has approximately 1,250 square feet.
